Shipping:

In most cases, your order is being shipped directly from Ireland or the UK. Often, your garment or other items will be carted from the maker’s shop or studio right to the post office in Ireland.

We ship through the Irish or UK Postal System by way of the US Postal Service. In some cases, the orders are delivered to our office in New Hampshire first. Then we send them to you via priority mail.

We offer two shipping options:

1. Green economical shipping:
   7-10 business days. Save money and reduce your carbon footprint as orders are often shipped together! Times are changing. If you don’t really need your purchase right away, we encourage you to select this shipping option. You’ll be doing a favor for yourself and the environment.
2. Rush shipping:
   4-7 business days. Your order will be given the utmost priority. Because international shipping rates have risen considerably, this can be a costly choice. Also; the 4-7 business day delivery time period is an average. We cannot guarantee that every rushed shipment will arrive on time.

Order Tracking:
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation that will provide a tracking ID. To track the status of your order, simply log in as a customer and then track your order by placing your tracking ID in the window at the bottom of any web page, and click “Find my Order”.With regards to US Postal tracking numbers, understand that if you place an order for several products, they may well come from any number of makers in Ireland. If this is the case, and the provided information is not sufficient for you to track the actual shipment, please contact us by telephone or email and we will provide you with the information you need.  Please be aware that shipments coming from overseas to the US must pass through US Customs. During the period your package is in US Customs, tracking your postal tracking code will be of no use to you. US Customs does not allow the tracking of packages in its possession.
